Handling of Customers' Personal Information
In accordance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and our “Personal Information Protection Policy”, we handle and protect the personal information of our customers as follows.

2.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
- when making travel arrangements, we will provide the minimum necessary information such as name and telephone number to travel service providers such as transportation and lodging agencies, insurance companies, and souvenir stores, etc. by electronic means. However, if you wish to stop the provision of your personal information, please contact the “Personal Information Handling Desk” below. We will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining your prior consent, except when required by law or when it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain your consent. In addition, when personal information is to be provided to a third party located overseas, we will do so only after obtaining the consent of the customer.
3.Safe Management of Personal Information

Establishment of basic policyTo ensure the proper handling of personal information, we have formulated a “Basic Policy for the Protection of Personal Information” that stipulates “Compliance with Relevant Laws, Regulations, Guidelines, etc.” and “Contact Point for Handling Personal Information”.

Establishment of Rules for Handling Personal InformationRules for the handling of personal information have been established, including handling methods for acquisition, use, provision, and disposal of personal information, as well as the responsible person/persons and their duties.

Organizational safety control measuresIn addition to appointing a person in charge of personal information protection management, a personal information protection manager is appointed at each business site, and a system is in place for reporting to the person in charge in the event that a violation of laws or regulations or the threat of such violation is detected.
Regular self-inspections and audits are conducted on the status of personal information handling.
When outsourcing operations involving the handling of personal information, we stipulate in contracts and other agreements the matters concerning the handling of personal information. -
Personnel Safety Control MeasuresAll employees are regularly trained on the handling of personal information.
Items related to the confidentiality of personal information are stipulated in employment regulations, etc. -
Physical safety control measuresIn addition to access control, we have established and implemented measures for the storage, management, and disposal of electronic devices, electronic media, and documents containing personal information. In addition, measures are taken to prevent theft and loss.

Technical security control measuresAccess control is implemented to limit the scope of databases, etc. handled by employees, etc. A system is in place to protect the information systems that handle personal information from unauthorized external access or unauthorized software.
4.Provision of Personal Information
- The provision of personal information is voluntary, except as required by the Travel Agency Law or other applicable laws. However, if you do not provide the required personal information, we may not be able to provide you with appropriate services.
5.Method of obtaining personal information
- We will properly acquire personal information in a manner that can be easily recognized by the customer, such as by providing the information in writing (including applications from the website or by e-mail).
6.Contact for inquiries, disclosures, and complaints regarding the handling of personal information
- We will respond to requests for disclosure, etc. of retained personal data from the customer or his/her representative. Requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, etc., and complaints are accepted at the following contact points.

当社は、本人またはその代理人からの保有個人データの開示等の求めに対応させていただいております。利用目的の通知、開示及び訂正等の求め並びに苦情につきましては、下記の窓口にて承ります。

運転免許証、保険証等により本人であることを、また本人の委任状により代理人であることを確認させていただきます。 - 開示等の請求方法
個人情報開示・利用停止等申込書(こちらよりダウンロード願います)をご提出ください。尚、開示対象個人情報の利用目的の通知及び開示の場合は所定の手数料(800円の切手代)を申し受けいたします。
